Once your refund has been approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If you do not request a refund within 30 days, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. No refund will be issued for the current billing period.

Usage-based charges (credits consumed, API calls made, storage used) are non-refundable. We only refund the base subscription fee, not the credits or usage charges.
