Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

VoiceAction AI offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. To be eligible for a refund, your account must meet the following conditions:

  • • Refund must be requested within 30 days of the initial payment
  • • You must submit a refund request through your account dashboard
  • • The account must not have violated our Terms of Service

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. 1. Log in to your VoiceAction AI account
  2. 2. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  3. 3. Click "Request Refund" next to your subscription
  4. 4. Provide a reason for your refund request
  5. 5. Submit your refund request

Our support team will review your request within 5 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund has been approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

4. Subscription Cancellation

If you do not request a refund within 30 days, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription. No refund will be issued for the current billing period.

5. Excluded Services

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • • Credits that have been used for processing
  • • Services rendered beyond 30 days from purchase
  • • Custom integrations or enterprise services
  • • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms of Service

6. Non-Refundable Features

Usage-based charges (credits consumed, API calls made, storage used) are non-refundable. We only refund the base subscription fee, not the credits or usage charges.

7. Special Cases

While our standard refund policy is 30 days, we recognize that some situations warrant special consideration. If you believe your case deserves an exception, please contact our support team at support@voiceaction.ai with details about your situation, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
